Tamika Wolfe Mckenzie

CEO and Founder of Tamika’s School of Epicure. Tamika grew up in a  small town in Valdosta, Georgia. Tamika credits her grandmother for her love of cooking. Growing up in a single parent home with her mother working two jobs. She rarely had time to show her how to prepare meals. They rarely went out for meals, instead everyone was welcome to cook meals at her grandmothers home, including Tamika.

Tamika was ten years old when she first learned how to prepare rice. Subsequent years of practical food knowledge and hands on cooking led her to open Tamika’s School of Epicure in 2020 where she began teaching cooking classes. Specializing in corporate team building, private parties, and lunch- and -learn sessions for seniors. Tamika enjoys sharing her skills with all types of groups.

Tamika hopes to pass along techniques, knowledge, and insight that can be used to create incredible healthy dishes for the youth. Tamika is also the proud mother of two adult children.
